Pregnancy MASSAGE
Massage during pregnancy can help reduce stress, neck and back pain as well as joint pain and stiffness. It also increases blood flow to the mother and aids in better sleep. Cannot do first trimester massages. Must be at least 12 weeks along in pregnancy.
